Whether you’re introducing a Client / Hiring Leader (Employer) who is building their team, or a Candidate (Job Seeker) who is ready for their next big move, your referral could shape the future of both.

 

Here’s how it works:

  1. Refer a Client / Hiring Leader or Candidate
    Send us the name, title, and contact information of:

  • A Client / Hiring Leader (Employer) such as a Founder, CEO, Senior Executive, or VC/PE Fund Manager responsible for building leadership teams.

  • A Candidate (Job Seeker) such as a CFO, COO, or other Senior Executive who is currently employed, considering a career move, and would welcome a confidential introduction to new opportunities.

Tell us whether you’d like your referral to remain confidential or credited. We’ll honor your choice.

 

  1. We Go to Work
    If we make a successful placement with your referred Client / Hiring Leader (Employer) or we place your referred Candidate (Job Seeker), you qualify for a $3,000 referral reward.

Once Morton Herbert receives full placement payment, we process your $3,000 reward immediately.

 

  1. Choose Your Reward
    You decide how you want to be rewarded:
  • A $3,000 direct payment to you.
  • Or a $3,000 donation to a charity of your choice. Impact, your way.

Referral Program Notes:

  • All referrals must be submitted directly through our website for accurate tracking and credit.
  • Rewards are issued promptly once Morton Herbert receives full placement payment.
  • There is no cap. Every successful referral earns its own $3,000 reward.
  • In case of duplicate referrals, credit is awarded to the first submission received.
