    Send us the name, title, and contact information of:
  • A candidate (CFO, COO, or another Finance/Operations leader) who’s open to the right opportunity.
  • A hiring decision-maker looking to bring elite talent onto their team.
  • Let us know if you'd like your referral to remain confidential or credited—we’ll honor your choice.
  1. We Go to Work
    If we successfully place your referred candidate—or we make a placement with your referred employer—you become eligible for a $3,000 reward once the placed candidate completes their first 90 days on the job.
  2. Choose Your Reward
    You decide how you want to receive your reward:
  • A $3,000 cash payment directly to you.
  • Or a $3,000 donation to a charity of your choice. Impact, your way.
