Whether you are introducing a Client building out a team, or a Candidate ready for their next move, your access has value. This is how you capture it.

Here’s how it works:

1. Refer a Client or Candidate

Send us the name, title, and contact information of:

• A Client such as a Founder, Partner, CEO, or Senior Investment Professional responsible for building teams within an alternative investment firm
• A Candidate such as an investment professional, operating executive, or senior leader who is currently employed, selective, and open to the right opportunity

Let us know if you would like your referral to remain confidential or credited. We will respect your preference.

2. We Go to Work

We engage, qualify, and manage the process from start to finish.

If we successfully complete a placement with your referred Client or place your referred Candidate, you qualify for a $3,000 referral reward.

Once Morton Herbert receives full placement payment, your reward is processed immediately.

3. Choose Your Reward

You decide how you want to be rewarded:

• Direct payment to you
• Or a donation to a charity of your choice

Referral Program Notes

• All referrals must be submitted through our website for accurate tracking and credit
• Rewards are issued once Morton Herbert receives full placement payment
• There is no cap. Each successful referral earns its own reward
• In the case of duplicate referrals, credit is awarded to the first submission received
